Ok, so this is my first try at making a simple CD Cover. My goal was to make a CD Cover and logo that would be easy to change its colors. You’re probably wondering why I would want to change the colors from black and white which are pretty eye-catching. The reason was that this artist tends to do a lot of DJ sessions and I thought that it would be easier to distinguish between sets by modifying the color than having to create a new concept for each one. More like creating a brand that could be recognized.
The logo idea came from a symbol in a blueprint. I’m unable to show this time the reference since I did this a long time ago. The color choice of black was basically because it’s the artist favorite color. I also added the artist name though I think that it looks more interesting without it.
