Ok, so here I have an alien on board a spaceship. This one was made as a request for a banner for myspace.
The alien concept came from a quarter machine toy. It has some variation in color when compared to the photo seen below. I added a small blob companion since I didn’t want the alien to be all alone in the spaceship.
The tunnel was inspired by 2001: A Space Odyssey. I really liked the seemingly endless tunnel thou in this case I simplified it of course.
The wallpaper hexagons idea came from Resident Evil. I’m not sure if it was from the movie or the video but in any case it is a very popular shape used in sci-fi films.
I added a window with a background image of the stars and the icon logo of the artist on top as you can see on the right side of the banner and on the left is the logo for Rausch.
