Well, this guy we have here was done for an online art class. We were supposed to choose an item and transform it or modify it and then put it back as it was.
For me the easiest thing to work with was clay so I decided to use this medium. I didn’t want to make the typical clay sculpture so this manga is done on a flat surface with 3D features. Due to timing some of the features were taken from another digital manga project and printed out. There is no specific reason for using blue overall, just that it was the color I had available at the time.
